How Bright Line UK handles visitor data, cookies, analytics and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
Who we are
This privacy notice applies to cre8urbrand.co.uk ("Bright Line UK", "we", "us"), an independent editorial website. Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller for personal information collected on this site is the site owner. Contact: privacy [at] cre8urbrand.co.uk.
What data we collect
We deliberately collect very little. Specifically:
- Server access logs (IP address, page URL requested, HTTP status, timestamp, user-agent string) retained for 30 days for basic security purposes.
- Aggregate analytics via a privacy-respecting analytics provider, collecting page views, referrer, country of origin and screen size without personal identifiers or cross-site tracking.
- A single first-party cookie ("cb_ack") that remembers whether you dismissed the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Any information you volunteer by email — if you send us a correction, your email address is stored on our email provider's servers only for the duration of the exchange.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising tracking. We do not run cross-site behavioural profiling. We do not sell or share personal data with commercial third parties. We do not maintain a marketing mailing list. We do not integrate with any social login provider.

Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email the address above. We will respond within one calendar month.
